Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2PM EST ship the next business day.

Shipping Regions

We ship to all 50 US states (including AK & HI). All orders are dispatched locally from our USA Fulfillment Centers to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

Tracking

All orders include end-to-end tracking. You'll receive a live tracking link via email as soon as your label is created.

Warranty Coverage

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Dead-on-arrival (DOA) parts
• Functionality failures under normal use
• Missing components from kit

Not Covered

• Physical damage from installation
• Water or liquid damage
• Damage from improper tools
• Cosmetic wear and tear

Duration

12-Month

All MEEFIX Fix Kits come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Returns & Replacements

Return Policy

• 30-day return window from delivery
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping is customer's responsibility (unless defective)
• Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Replacement Policy

• Defective parts replaced free of charge
• We provide a free pre-paid return label for defects
• Photo/video proof may be required
• Replacement ships within 1-2 business days
