Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2PM EST ship the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all 50 US states (including AK & HI). Retail orders are dispatched from our US warehouse and arrive in 2-5 business days after dispatch. Free standard shipping on retail orders over $50.

Tracking

All orders include end-to-end tracking. You'll receive a live tracking link via email as soon as your label is created.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Two channels, one quality standard. Every unit is tested before it leaves either facility.

Sample Orders

Wholesale samples ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 2-5 business days — verify our quality grading in hand before committing to volume.

Bulk Orders

Bulk wholesale orders ship factory-direct from Shenzhen, typically 5-10 business days — cutting out the middle layer is how we pass volume pricing to your shop. All shipments are tracked end-to-end.

12-Month

Every MEEFIX part and Fix Kit comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects — retail and wholesale alike.

Returns & Replacements

Return Policy
  • 30-day return window from delivery
  • • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • • Return shipping is customer's responsibility (unless defective)
  • • Refund processed within 5-7 business days
Replacement Policy
  • • Defective parts replaced free of charge
  • • We provide a free pre-paid return label for defects
  • • Photo/video proof may be required
  • • Replacement ships within 1-2 business days
